The Islands of a volcano

I have only uploaded 3,4,5 and this is 5

story: The owner of "Massacre Beach" saw the riot and gave up on rebuilding because there were a bunch of dead bodies and destruction so he started a island vacation spot next to a volcano which he said "it is not active anymore" so he started to build up and then it got worse than the beach. A fight happened because the tour boat was filled and they were drunk and started a fight. The shop part of the Islands well lets say a riot already started over there. He had a lowdown over there so it could not spread.

9 riot police(black suits and black shield)
4 stun police(stun stick)
9 armored guards(normal riot police but for now there are armored guards)
13 normal guards
islands:beach, Volcano, Houses, riot area or Shop area, bar island
there are 254 people/max
there are some hidden weapons too!

If you have not won and there are no people coming after you or anywhere in the map check the big fight on the beach there are 2 people that wont get up unless you hit them but they have 0.1 heath so just kick them or just use a weapon. There is also another spot which is the riot area(shop area) there are a bunch of of people who are "Knocked out" they have 0.1 heath so just do the same thing with the people on the beach(kick them or use weapon) there is hidden guy behind the counter in beach shop. if still no win double check beach and shop area.
