Removes legacy superhighway energy spheres leftover from X-Rebirth

In X Rebirth the orange spheres used to slow ships traversing superhighways, in X4 this function is no longer fulfilled and they persist as visual remnants which subjectively can be seen as unsightly, this mod removes the effect for all of the gate network's superhighways regardless of whether or not they are added by DLCs or mods.
