Stop Grey Goo Inflation

This mod makes grey goo more rare and difficult to obtain, by making it "fragile" if stored in a cargo bay. This intends to correct the overall grey goo inflation in the world, which results in ridiculous amout of money a player can gain at early stages of the game by pirating grey goo transports.

- If a NPC ship with grey goo in cargo bays receives damage beyond 20% of it's mass, a considarable amount of grey goo will become unstabile and will be destroyed before you can board the ship or use your cargo scoop. You will still get a fair share of the original cargo size.
- If a cargo bay with grey goo on NPC or player ship is damaged and leaking cargo into space, some of the grey goo will be destroyed in the process (10 - 20%)
- The price of grey goo in your homestation shop is considerably higher.
