This is my first mod.

This mod adds the Sparta to EU4

It adds the "Form The Sparta" decision to Byzantium Empire. Only Byzantium Empire can form the Sparta.

Sparta have unique national ideas and goverment. Also i adds some decision and events of sparta owns.

-Recover Army Morale Speed +5%

National Ideas
- Reform of Lykurgos: Discipline +10%
- Heilotai: Trade Goods Size +5%/ Tax Modifier +5%
- Glory of Leonidas: Land Morale + 20%
- Agoge: Army Tradition +1/ Army Tradition Decay -1%
- Perioikoi: Manpower Modifier +10%
- Hellenic Hoplites: Infantry Power +15%/ Infantry Cost +20%
- Laconophilia: Diplomatic Reputation +1

Ambition
-Land Attrition -10%

-Revolt Risk +1
-Trade Efficiency -10%
-Global Trade Power -10%

#Spartan Decision
-Expand Heilotai System
-Social Participation of Woman
-Restoration Spartan Peplos

-We repelled Ottoman Empire!

If you satisfy specific condition, you can change Sparta to Athenai. Athenai also have unique national ideas and goverment.

-The Cradle of Democracy: Prestige +1
-Sea Empire; Naval Forcelimit +30%
-Ostracism: republican tradition +1
