Buffed Spears

描述
This mod buffs the spears' durability and weight so the player doesn't have to carry as many of them, and so that they take less space in the inventory.

All spears get +1 durability(Crafted Spears goes from 5 to 6)
Note: this means you need higher carpentry to craft spears with max durability.

All spears get +2 Condition check chance. (Crafted Spear goes from 1/3 to 1/5 base chance of losing condition) Stats wise, it's like getting +1 Maintenance.

All spears have their weight reduced. (Crafted Spear goes from 1.7 to 1.3).

The buffs include all spear variants, as well as the garden fork and the umbrellas.

All in all, the spears should feel more like they did before they were nerfed.

This mod also adds a trait 'Spearman' that costs 5 points and give +1 Spear.

Should add the effect when you have lumberjack trait when holding the spear!

Is the mod compatible with SOMW (Simple Overhaul: Melee weapons) spears?
Is it also compatible with Craftable Metal Spear?
And if it is, does the effect applies to them too?

not only are you getting +1 to spear but also the bonus exp when using it. Any time you add trait bonuses at character creation, it gives bonus exp for those skills.

If i may advice you to lower the traits point, i mean it gives spear +1 not worth to have with 5 points but 4 is acceptable imo.

@orb Yes it is. Just a detail though: his mod adds a "Spear with Chipped Stone" item that is not buffed by my mod. Maybe I'll include it in my mod when I have time.
