Melbourne Style Searchlight Signals

描述
NS_37's type H searchlight signals but with Melbourne's current style for signalling.
Replaces the original textures for LEDs with white ring backboard.
Must load after the searchlight mod.

Been sitting on my HDD for ages, better for it to sit on Steam's servers as well. :)
