The First Thing You Want To Do Is Go To The Stack Of Boxes At The Back Of The House (It's The Stack On The Right Side If Your Facing The Front Door Of The House, It's On The Left If Your Facing Your House). You Want To Get The Magnet Gun Which Is Behind The Angled Fence (The Fence That Is Not Straight).

The Second Thing You Want To Do Is Get The Gold Key. You Do This By Grabbing A Box From Your Front Lawn And Going Into The House. Near The Front Door, If You Look Up, There Is A Yellow Switch. Throw The Box At It. Once It Activates, Look Above The Door, The Cage That Holds The Gold Key Should Be Open. Use The Magnet Gun To Retrieve It And Pick It Up.

Now You Can Do One Of 2 Things: Get The Lockpick, Or Get The Blue Key.

Getting The Lockpick: The First Thing You Would Have To Do Is "Glitch" The Neighbor By Making Him Chase You, Lead Him Through The Front Door, And Close It In His Face. If You Don't Go Behind Him, He Should Be Stuck. Then You Want To Go To The Hallway In Front Of The Elevator And Go To The Wardrobe In That Hallway. Then Get The Blue Lamp(To See) And About 3 Or 4 Boxes, Then Build A Box Stack To Get On Top Of Said Wardrobe And Use The Blue Lamp (Since It's Almost Impossible To Use The Flashlight To See The Lockpick There). And Pick Up The Lock Pick.

Getting The Blue Key: You Have To Go Upstairs, Jump On The "Rail" Of The Stairs Jump On The Wall Lamp, And Jump To The Other Side Of The Bars. Then Flip The Yellow Switch To Open Said Bars. Then You Open The Door That Leads To Nowhere And Jump To The Platform On The Left (This Will Take Many, And I Mean MANY Attempts. This Is Why I Would Prefer The Lockpick Over The Key). Once You Finally Get On The Platform, Remove The Golden Apple Painting, And Use Your Magnet Gun To Retrieve The Blue Key. Then You Can Jump Down To The Ground, Or Jump Back Through The Door.

After That You Can Get The Gun By Using The Gold Key, Then You Can Remove The Chair And Go Into The Empty Hallway. Use The Chair To Break The Window And Get On The Balcony. Then Climb The Ladder By Crouching Under The Medal Ring Around The Ladder And Jumping On The Railing. Once Your On There, Jump On The Rail On The Left (When Your Facing The Wall) And Climb It Until You Get Blocked By The Barrier. Then Slightly Walk Backwards And Jump To The Wall And Try To Land In The Hole In The Roof. Once Your In There, Go To The Blue Lamp, And On The Post, There Is The Crowbar. Use One Of The Boxes To Get Out Of The Window, I Would Recommend To Stay Away From The Front Door, In Case The Neighbor Gets Unstuck.

Now You Have To Go Back Upstairs, And Instead Of Going Back To The Hallway, Go Left On The Other Staircase, And Unlock The Blue Key Door With Either The Blue Key Or The Lockpick. Then Enter And Find The Hole In The Floor. Then Go Down The Hole Into The Room With The Covered Up Couches And Open The Case And Get The Keycard. Then Get The Chair Blocking The Door And Go Back Into The Empty Hall And Go Out The Broken Window. You Then Need To Go On The Front Balcony And Climb The Ladder There. Then You Need To Go On The Train Tracks By Going To The Area Near Them, You Need To Jump. Then Go To A Little Before The Barrier, And Jump To That Hole In The Roof. The Crowbar Is Facing The Lamp On The Pillar.

To Get Into The Basement You Need The Keycard And The Crowbar. But You Can't Do This Without The Neighbor Being Free, So You Need A Few Runs To Remove The Nails On The Boards, Use The Keycard On The Scanner, Move The Boards Away From The Door, And Get Through The Door. Then Boom! Your In The Basement.
