This is a custom pet, his name is Dallas. He is here to help.
You will be able to find Medic Bags in the world of Barotrauma.
Inject them with saline, and a tiny Dallas will pop out.
Occasionally he will ♥♥♥♥ out some Morphine, and maybe even another Medic Bag?

He has custom voice lines as well!
