描述
Group of unidentified armed hostiles have taken hostages inside Virolahti airport. They are demanding releasement of several russian prisoners inside Riihimäki Prison in exchange of civilian hostages. They also demand free passage out of the country with a cargo plane they have taken over.

During the night we have tried to negotiate with armed group to free the hostages, but this has been unsuccesfull. Time is running out and we have no other choice than to breach airport and neutralise the targets.

You are team leader of Finnish Police Special Intervention unit. Bring order to chaos and secure Virolahti airport

I tested it and noticed the same thing. After searching a bit i noticed there is CUP UNITS dependancy somehow, even as i tried avoid using those. After loading in CUP Units the mission worked again.
