Singe's Skills for Malus Darkblade

As requested, a selection of skills for Elric of Melnibone-I mean Baddy Blacksword-I mean Nasty Shadystabbingimplement-I mean, Malus Darkblade himself.

Mostly based on a deprecated mod that I used to use, but is sadly somewhat non-functional now. Compressed from eight skills with loads of point sinks to four, which are still quite powerful - as they need to be to make a Cold One All Hussar army viable.
