Introducing the new portal building!

Heroes, peasants, tax collectors, caravans can use it as a shortcut to their destination. Now they won't spend days reaching to that far outpost. No special requirements, just build it and units will use it. No quantity limit.
Tax collectors and peasants benefit the most and, of course, caravans. If you build a big city you can actually see the live queue.

Compatible with all my mods, with "more heroes/building" mod. Others didn't test. Ally AI can use player portals.
