Art Deco Building 001 O1

A small one storied Art Deco building that fits nicely in small north American towns, suburbs or some Art Deco-themed environment. Based on a building from Los Angeles, USA.

In game this is a office level 1 (O1) growable building on a 2x2 plot. Comes without any additional required props. You can either grow it or plop it using Plop The Growables, search for "art deco" or "rl" using Find It!.

There also is a low commercial version available here.

Technical Stuff:
Main: 522 Tris, 512x1024 Maps
LOD: 22 Tris, 128x32 Maps
Shares it's texture with the low commercial version, use LSM to minimise your RAM-load.
