Art Deco Building 001 LC1

A small one storied Art Deco building that fits nicely in small north American towns, suburbs or some Art Deco-themed environment. Based on a building from Los Angeles, USA.

In game this is a low commercial level 1 (LC1) growable building on a 2x2 plot. Comes without additional required props. You can either grow it or plop it using Plop The Growables, search for "art deco" or "rl" using Find It!.

There also is an office version available here.

Main: 522 Tris, 512x1024 Maps
LOD: 22 Tris, 128x32 Maps
Shares it's texture with the office version, use LSM to minimise your RAM-load.
