Not happy with some of the changes the base game has experienced with the recent patches and DLC. Won't be playing this game until at least peace conferences get fixed. If one of you guys out there want to use this, fix this and re-release on your own, or include parts of it for your own mod, you have my blessing to do so. Mention me as a contributor in what you put out and send me a friend request in steam when you do but you can safely assume I'm ok with you using this for yourself.

This is a public Beta play test for the next version of The Agency

This version is optimized for use in Multiplayer, and to run alongside other major mods without conflict

Completed Changes
  • Numerous changes to improve multiplayer experience
  • Steal Tech Mission has been heavily nerfed. All AOT bonus has been entirely removed and standard research bonus reduced to 100% rather than 300%.
  • features that frequently interfere with other mods (such as added political advisors) are removed to accommodate cross mod support
  • each file has been hand checked to ensure no change retroactively rolls back fixes introduced by patch 1.11
  • maximum number of agents reduced from 16 to 10
  • reduced agent gain speed from faction members for spy master
  • small balancing adjustments for mission costs (time, network strength, etc..)
  • agency upgrade error hotfixed. thank you LolloBlue96 for the heads up!
  • Consumer Good Bonus for Civil Intelligence replaced to be more balanced and contextually resonable
  • Full integration of Spy Reminder: Sound by Rikai

Potential Future Changes
  • The great Agency "Bughunt" is ongoing
  • Support for other languages that are or will be complete need to be added to the base mod.
  • This is a Bata test, as such future balancing or feature suggestions are welcome and encouraged.

@Werner Heisenberg not quite, there's a couple of files with conflicts that require merging. 00_scripted_effects.txt and 05_lar_on_actions.txt. Also a few other files will overwrite files that have been updated by r56 such as 00_traits.txt. I don't think any of the changes would exactly be game braking but I am no expert at code :)
