Introducing Day Number 02, the Hard Hat - Mining Barge

"A staple among working class engineers, the Hard Hat is often found in the outermost reaches of the system, crewed only by those desperate enough to take the job. The vessel features Refining and Assembling capabilities as well as a… rudimentary (but cheap) thrust system.

The Hard Hat got its name from the rather unorthodox feature often added to the bridges - the ability to elevate the protective armour so engineers can escape in the many incidents that may occur on a mission. Whilst certainly one of the oddest creations ever put into use, the Hard Hat should not be underestimated, and should definitely not be overlooked if you have the money to buy one at your local port..."
