These are quarantined in their own separate pack because of a quirk with the uptown level generation, having these will not prevent other elevators from spawning in uptown but it will heavily prioritize elevators with centers for some reason. If you have other packs with uptown exclusive elevators (like Elevators of Variety 2, which two of these chunks were going to be in until I discovered the "bug") you might not always want to turn both on at the same time just because you won't be getting as much variety from the others as you could due to these guys being level gen hogs. But they're neat and they give the rest of uptown more space to generate non-center chunks for a change, so here you go.
