Do you want a more simple run version of a game? To see the game in another matter? Well then! These textures are mostly used by developers or people who want to feel a different aesthetic for the game, simulation vibe, dev vibe and so much, looks cool doesn't it?

What does this addon do?
- Replaces most if not all valve brush textures with one dev texture.
- Removes grass details (not the models)
- Removed some concrete overlays/decals that just made the game look messy w/ dev textures.
- Only one model material is overwritten, that is in the plank level of the swamps.

If my account goes down, anyone is free to reupload, if you want to work on it and update it, I can help you with that but if its still on here, please don't reupload it, thanks!
