Back To Square One aka Scorched Earth / Tactical Nuke

This mod sends the vast majority of series, teams and staff back to square one, like a tactical nuke just blew up all of motorsports. It's intended to likely get fired from your initial team, run a few seasons and see where the AI ends up, then join in. It's a test of what can be done to basically make everyone the bare minimum of all stats and what happens.

Summary: All stats to minimum, staff, drivers, teams; all birthdays to those of myself and my friends (no-one's under 30), every team and HQ edited to minimum everything, and new series names from an upcoming mod.

The required mods are those I got permission to use, thanks Ohayoghurt and Lonewolf! Download them if you want, but they're included here.
