The battlefield is a place that’s constantly changing from one moment to the next. Be it new foes, weapons, or tactics, there is no shortage of danger for the modern captain. With that in mind, the Endurance has been designed to outlast them all. It features a hybrid hull design using a combination of hardened, combat, and xeno steel. This provides excellent protection without sacrificing manoeuvrability. The ship’s default weapons loadout packs a respectable punch. But it will only offer limited effectiveness against hardened targets. This is where the true strength of the Endurance shines through, thanks to its modularity. The vessel has space for an additional 6 drive/xl thrusters in addition to numerous turret mounting hardpoints. Upgrades of course mean an increased CPU load, which is why the Endurance includes a hardened server room. Enough space has been provided for all additional required extenders and auxiliary cores. (Reforged Eden) The ship also comes equipped with a series of blast doors to secure vulnerable areas during combat.

Notes:
This CV is compatible with both Vanilla and Reforged Eden. If playing in Reforged Eden you will need to add 1 advanced extender, 2 improved extenders, and 1 basic extender.

For recommended upgrades, open the “P” menu and toggle the upgrades button to on. This will activate several LCDs around the ship with helpful tips.

In the event of an emergency, the console in the engineering room can be used to control the ship. This allows for the engineering room to double as a secure bridge.

I have tested this ship fully upgraded against the mighty Tovera Dreadnought. I am happy to report it is more than a match for that ship.

Updated for Reforged Eden 1.7. There is now a forward expansion bay for shield chargers and capacitors. There is room for 4 T1/T2 shield capacitors and 2 T1/T2 shield chargers. There is also space for an additional advanced generator. This is accessible from the engineering bay. Weapons were revised to keep CPU under 2.1 million with 4 T1 capacitors and 2 T1 chargers installed.
