描述
Colors fort icons and province capitals when you're at war, green for you and allies, red for enemies.
NOT compatible with achievements

May cause slightly lower performance, but works fine for me.
Currently not compatible with Better UI, but you can put it at the bottom of the playset. It will overwrite a few minor things.

Just joking?! This mod lowers fps rate (graphics all max) from 60 (vsync) or 85 (no vsync) down to 6-9 fps.. no matter if there is war or not.

would it look good with the black lines of the icon colored instead of the white parts of the icons?

Personally, I'd recolor ports too, but that's impossible, sadly.

Maybe it should also color province capitals? Them being white feels out of place.
