I managed to fix it after messing with it for about three hours. I eventually uninstalled it and reinstalled it after I tried using the skin without weapon skins and still had the same problem. That apparently fixed it for me. That was the second time I had attempted that.

Got a weird problem stemming up with the Michael Rooker and Robert Englund skins. Everytime I play one of them, with my modded weapons (I haven't tried without the skins on my weapons, but that's because it takes it till about the 4th chapter in a campaign for it to take effect), their skeleton wigs the hell out. The hands start doing funny things, their flesh compresses down to their skeleton, etc. Please help.

YYAAAAAS, FINALLY AN AWESOME SKIN! I love Robert Englund he's the reason I love Freddy Krueger so much. It's a shame, he's honly going to wear the freddy costume one last time, then he's going to retire for good :(
