JNR ToRa 70000, 45000 and 55000 open wagon

The Japanese National Railways' ToRa 70000 is an open wagon with a 17-ton load that was introduced in 1967. It was the last two-axle uncovered car of the Japanese National Railways, and its overall length was long enough to be convenient for carrying long loads. The ToRa 45000 and Tora 55000 are uncovered vehicles introduced in 1961 and 1962, respectively, and are short in length and suitable for bulk cargo. ToRa 70000 and 55000 had steel doors, while ToRa 45000 had wooden doors.

After being published as ToRa 70000 standalone, the ToRa 45000 and 55000 were added in the December 2021 update.

Update 12/24/2023: Added the Machine to the cargo. And increased load capacity to 11.
