Moscow Unified Frame Towers

描述
This mod proposes 2 late-Soviet 25-storey residential buildings located in Moscow, not far from the Ostankino TV Tower.

These buildings are not part of a standardized building series, but instead are individual projects based on the KMS-101 catalog of construction components (panels, etc), and are collectively regrouped under the label ''unified frame'' (Унифицированный каркас), which includes various other towers and blocks (thanks Junna for the technical infos).

The two buildings available are identical in construction and habitable space,
but one has bigger balconies in its upper floors.

Each has a capacity of 288 adults, at 91 and 92pc quality for the simple and ''snazzy'' version, respectively.

On top of the concrete panel construction materials, they require some mech components for the elevetators, and bricks (as in ceramics) for the tiles.

NB: the file size is a bit large because I kept the main texture image uncompressed.
I'm starting to be pretty annoyed by the artefacts caused by compression. If anyone has tips/advices for what compression to use, I'm all ears.

that heli idea sounds way too uncommunisty for my taste :P
Certainly fitting in some techno-fascist context better. I suspect it would present some hard to work-around technical complications in scripting them/making them work for the game though.
Ofc if someone wants to make an "add-on" mod with a collisionless helipad that could be "attached" to the top of the buildings, hey, it's entirely their prerogative :)

The "KMS" is the catalogue book from which the articles (the component panels) for the blocks are drawn, the actual design is classified under "Moscow unified frame".

Amazing buildings. What would be awesome is some Helipads on the top for the loyalists. Is that a possibility? I know that there are a few helipads on workshop, but they fall short of your buildings. LOL.
