This map features a hypothetical terraformed and populated version of Mars that's capable of supporting life. And since ICBM is a nuclear war sim, it's up to you to un-terraform and un-populate it. Now, you might be asking yourself, why have a nuclear war on a terraformed Mars? Who knows! Maybe it's an alternate reality where humankind conquered space before they conquered the atom. Maybe it's set in the future after humans destroyed all their nuclear weapons and military tech, and then changed their minds. Maybe it's real life and this is the real reason there's no life on Mars anymore. Does it really matter? No, not really. The point is, this version of Mars supports human life, and it's up to you to change that. It's time to press the big red button on the little red planet!
