[TFA][AT] INS2 LVOA-C SHD

It's near Thanksgiving, so first I wish anybody see this to have a great Thanksgiving XD
Going to travel around Manhattan for next week, which reminded me of The Division, then made me think about LVOA-C. I have two LVOA-Cs (Yes two) in my addon folder, and I consider to put this SHD version out first.

Features:
You become an agent
Sights and scope up to C79
Auto/Single
Performance based on real life
A flashhider and a PEQ-15 for the weapon
Two tone
Many more that I forgot

Issues:
Finger do not pull the trigger (Well not my thing)
