[1.4 Alpha] Chester is a Light Pet!

If you make Chester into a light pet, add an AI of a light pet to him instead of whatever ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ he has in vanilla. Make him actually follow player and always be within reach to open.

Just wanted to say that his name is Otto von Chesterfield, not Chester. He's more than just a chest you see.

This mod has a tendency of breaking on deletion/uninstall, making chester a permanent light pet, forever. thx

if I have to choose between Chester blocking my vanity pet or a functional pet like the Suspicious Looking Tentacle, I'm going to pick the option that lets me have two useful pets at the same time instead of making me choose.

just make it a summon

I feel like this is a useless nerf, only making it a light pet just means you can't actually have a light pet. As GamerFreakaz0id said, it would be better if it was either way

A cool addition/change would be to instead of directly changing the item to only go into the light pet slot maybe have it to where we can convert between the original and a custom light pet version. That way in a multi player setting if a player wants to use a light pet/chester and another player wants chester/another pet they can both have it their way. (though it could also result in some double chester shenanigans which would be funny if it didnt break things)

The swap could be handled similar to how Amulet of Many Minions does it to convert vanilla staffs to its custom version where you just have to go to a demon altar with the staff and convert it.

Cool mod either way though.

Yeah but that doesn't really matter in a normal world... I just don't want to sacrifice using my cool looking pets to use this all the time :( Thats why I made this mod
