for 3.1.2 just before Update 3.2 and the Aquatics DLC released

Why did i upload this additional outdated version of the mod for Stellaris 3.1.2?

Because some people might want to finish their campaign and the 3.2 and Aquatics DLC is a major update, which will require you to start a new game once released. So if you have an old save game with ACG just pre 3.2 and Aquatics DLC release then use this mod to continue your save-game with 3.1.2.
