I don't, I'm sorry. It looks like he either deleted it or made it private.

If anyone is currently subscribed to it, there's a chance it's still on their machine. I used to have all the vpks of weapons whose icon I made but I was running low on disk space and deleted them.

Truly sorry, this was a great one.
