Provides basic support to allow for Pokemon spawning in More Vanilla Biomes.

Currently, the pokemon that spawn in each biomes may not fit with their environment, this will be changed in a future update so spawns are more on theme.
Leave suggestions in the Biome Spawn discussion.

I utilized a lot of your spawning weights for a personal patch for Medieval Overhaul's biomes (mostly for convenience because holy crap that's a lot of creatures), would you mind if I posted it on the Workshop?
