This mod only applies to the Fall of the Samurai Campaign.

Ever wanted to limit all of the late-game agent nonsense that you have to deal with, particularly at higher difficulty levels post-realm divide? This mod might be the fix you are looking for.

What does it do/How does it work?

This mod does two things.
1. The mod edits the boshin (fots) agents in the agents table so that their faction total cap is set to 2.
2. The mod adds table entries to the campaign difficulty handicap effects table so that at every difficulty level, the human player(s) shall receive +3 global agent cap for all agents. This is the same effect as the Chief of Staff ministerial position, though it shouldn't override that bonus.

This means that, Chief of Staff effects aside, the AI factions will only be able to recruit max 2 of each agent, and the player(s) will be able to recruit the normal 5.

This mod should be compatible with mods that do not change boshin (fots) agents core stats in the agents table.

This mod is not supposed to interfere with Chief of Staff functions.
Theoretically, a large ai domain should have access to a chief of staff and potentially more agents.

Usually I ignore agents for the most part, but then ran into the problem late game that 12 (literally; 5 shinobi, 5 geisha, 2 foreign veterans) went to one place and were making me 100% unable to move or leave the province in anyway until I went through a 40 turn process of constantly spawning new agents and praying that they could assassinate the ones the ai had.
In short, this sounds extremely useful and helpful. Thanks!
