Mathron Upgraded

描述
Upgraded version of my Mahtron light cruiser.

Upgrades from previous version: Better ammo selection, main guns more synchronised, faster (from 26 to 31 m/s)

Designed to counter small and quick craft and heavily cripple larger opponents with HEEMP missiles and HEAT shells.

It boasts 12 179mm guns in 3 quadruple turrets. They all fire HEAT.
For more direct damage it's got a barrage of 24 medium HEEMP missiles.
For protection it's got a pair of 71mm CIWS firing flak-frag, they get the job done. To counter torpedoes it's got a couple of sonar decoys.

Pros: Powerful against light and decently fast craft, HEAT and missiles cripple larger vessels.
Cons: Turrets are volatile, weak against anything with decent HEAT protection, useless against submarines.

You only need it near them if they are hull mounted.

Hey man, I'm curious as to how your APS firing pieces dont require weapon controllers within 2m of them. Obv your turrets have them, but I've always required them near my firing pieces as well by the game rules
