Looks pretty spooky and definitely suitable with the ai nodes for automatic npc spawning via ZINV either with zombies or armed soldiers for cqb or even other monsters.

you cna also do that, just remember to type nav_save after it reloaded.

you type nav_generate in console while ur in game and wait
