Thanks you so much for playing and giving wonderful feedback!!
I'll make an update soon and polish up things you mentioned (music, ending, background, etc...).
Have to admit the final mission/ending was rushed, so I'll add something more interesting there too.
-Could go for some musical variety. This helps keep the player pumped
-An ending. The email at the end doesn't feel like a payoff. If there was a proper ending, the extension would have drastically improved.
-Background other than default
-Add some tracers or timers for tension
-File extensions. Adding things like .txt or .exe to files creates extra immersion
Onto the positives:
"Holding back a typhoon of misinformation with a paper umbrella" is a damn amazing line
Custom HTML is always a plus
The concept is really good- a social media giant using a shooting for their own gain is fresh and new
Good sense of discovery through company memos
Having a walkthrough for players who get stuck is not something I personally need, but it's great to know it was there. I've gotten stuck in a couple of the bigger extensions before lmao
Overall, a nice little extension. I hope to see more work from you in the future- your writing skills are stellar.
