Just a tactic I have been experimenting with and learning FM22 with, won the premier league first season with Man Utd and Champions League (wasn't expecting either). This tactic requires heavy rotation with main 11 playing 2/3 games and using a b team for lower league and cup games especially when coming up against a stronger target. Adjust from positive, balanced and attacking where neccesary, you can use IWs instead of IFs on need, switch up APs/ AF with APa and DLF. After max familiarity if it isn't working great adjust positions for your players and make sure you're controlling their individual training to fit your tactic and not changing your tactic to fit their position/playstle, you can also switch one BPD to a CD, and use WB as support to attacking IF left side with an attacking WB with support IF right side, you can switch to mezzala instead of BBM, experiment and have fun!
