Neco Arc over gnomes

This mod changes the gnome's model to be that of Neco Arc, the cat-like parody of Arcueid Brunestud. Not only does this alter the entire model, but it also comes with its own sound effects, all corresponding to ambient, player detection and death. Destroy, recruit, or observe these cats as they wander around the world, armed with deadly staves and pickaxes, as they plot to take over humanity as their cat-food producing slaves.
