its an infinite ammo, literal laser beam accuracy semi automatic rifle, and since i spent less than 15 minutes making it, the user may instantly die at any moment if the magazine (which is just an insulated battery) is in the gun

power cells are like batteries that can run out, you can configure how much power they output, and when they're activated they can output the charge, and also be recharged when empty, wiring them up to a generator should recharge them.
