描述
**Warning** This is essentially a total conversion mod and likely will not work with ANY other mods active. This mod removes all build costs and essentially converts all food, health, happiness items to be max buffs to allow focus on building for fun.

Something happened in a recent game update that stopped alot of mods from working. Waiting to hear back from devs for what the issue is to fix it

@Block - I adjusted it to require 1 Work to build. No materials. Tested and working fine on my end.
Also the base interval for immigrants is every 2-4 years, so if you just started a new game it could be simply taking the full 4 years to get the first batch.

@Block - I will take a look into it, possible something is not triggering with the Town hall being adjusted? If worse comes to worse I will tweak the TH to still require like 1 piece of wood and need 1 "work" to build

Okay, but I think the immigrants are broken. I started a game with your mod and no immigrants are showing up
