2020 November Crowbar Animations

Replaces the Crowbar animations with the one that was in the 2020 update for a short while.

Yes, I am aware the crowbar is too close to the screen, I am mainly restoring it like how it was on the update. If there is a demand for it, I can update it to make it more zoomed out.

If it does not work after you subscribe to it, you need to use a custom folder.

If you don't know what a custom folder is, refer to this guide made by Citizen. Navigate through workshop/content/362890/2647632868 and grab the "november 2020 crowbar" file, and move it into your custom folder.
