Universal Crafting Menu

A crafting menu with every available bill in a single list.


How it works
---------------------
Find and select any bill that is on the list.
Select any compatible workbenches on your map to add the bill to.
Click a workbench on the menu to select all workbenches of that type on your current map.
Click "make bill" and it will open a window to customize your bill.
Click "close" to finish the bill and it will be added to all selected workbenches.

Any design choices or programming tips will be appreciated.
I am not aware of any bugs as of now so if you believe something is not working the way it is intended please inform me.
I have not tested this is very large mod packs and I am unsure how it will perform.
May not work with some mods that add workbenches. I will look into harmony patches in the future though.
So far I have noticed it does not work with some of rimfactorys automated workbenches.
I will also work on saving user options for the menu in the future.
