Genshin Impact Keqing - Optimized Ver. (Playermodel only)

This is a optimized, playermodel-only version of Keqing from Genshin Impact, based from the Genshin Character Pack by 8sianDude.

This was primarily done for Outfitter Compatibility since the pack is too large for it with some modifications.

• Outfitter Compatibility with c_arms
  
• Optimized Textures. Because not everyone has a Gigabit Fiber.
  
• Improved Toon shading to closely match the original game's toon lighting aesthetic.

• 8sianDude for the pack this originally came.
  
• Meta Construct[metastruct.net]'s Community for feedback when it was still just a PAC3 outfit.
  
• SunflowerSP for texture optimizations.
