Use client cvar "simf_firstpersonsounds_enabled" to change modes:

"0" - disabled
"1" - enabled

After changing the mode you need to restart the map or reconnect.

Yeah, I'm missing textures on this, too. Unless I unsubscribed from a texture pack this needed (which I don't recall as I have the requirements listed here) but this and several others also have missing textures, but not all of them. Some of the vehicles work fine.

Great van, but my only problems with it are that it doesn't like very high speed and even the smallest bumps, as they cause the right rear wheel to go out of control.
