描述
Welcome to Highlake Point!

This is a temperate valley set within a resource-rich mountain range and fed by a massive reservoir. Fertile riverbanks that bisect open plains make for a strong start to any city. Highways and railroads surrounding the start square offer direct access to hills that are abundant in ore, oil and forestry resources. And, while the shallow rivers preclude any realistic shipping routes, the rail, air and highway infrastructure are more than enough to compensate.

The dam is purely decoration at first. It can be deleted and re-added once the tile is unlocked, which is why the road on top is made separate.
