描述
Specialized anti-sub munitions. A time fuse detonates the explosive filling 0.75 seconds after first impact, allowing the shell to penetrate the hull before exploding into shrapnel, maiming crewmen and damaging equipment.

Yea I can fix it, as for the customizable delay it sounds possible but I'm far from being good at modding so it might take me a while

Are you still updating this? All structure damage has been doubled recently.
And I do notice some mistakes in this mod's document like <RequireItem> in <Deconstruct>(should be <Item>)

Not bad, you even got the APHE function down to a T, though I'm wondering can you create a modifiable version of the shell? So you can get it to detonate later? or perhaps even earlier?
