I found out last night I can get thrusters to detonate on impact with a configurable explosive poking out the tip, which destroys/disables the thruster so it doesn't fly around endlessly.
I'm still experimenting with a stabilizing tail since you can't add spin to it, but rocket based ammo (Gyrojet, RPG, Recoiless Rifle, etc.) seem pretty doable if a stable flying rocket that still looks and weighs like an RPG or gyrojet bullet is possible.
I also uploaded some half finished laser guns, but also a rimmed case shotgun shell that shoots 5 bowling balls all the way across the default map and they stay grouped usually.
I've been trying to make a gun that will extract and eject them, but I thought you might like some part of the shell design.
