An equally creepy and empty basement
Some special buttons -
two for leveling the house (one of which for props, the other for the houses structure)
one for making the house immovable (i recommend this for building, although the physgun can still move the house)
and two for changing the water.

my second map, ever, so there's bound to be some error somewhere. let me know if anything ♥♥♥♥♥ up major

Very good for an early map! Excellent use of moving water. A few bits of critisism (I'm just trying to help):
You should use a model instead of a texture when it comes to ladders; it looks much nicer.
Consider adding an env_sun to your map. All you have to do is add that entity, and make sure its values match the ones in your light_environment (I really like the lighting, btw).
The cliffs leading up to the walls of the map (not the cliff at the side with spooky sewer) shoot up too suddenly, causing VERY stretched textures and un-naturalness. I know it takes a while, but making the cliffs gradually build up a little bit would make your map look heaps better.
