If you want to know how I made this map or any of my other maps, then click on the google drive link below. I have any of my addons uploaded there. Feel free to copy ideas or anything else and have fun making your own maps or feel free to use them for SFM animations!

This is the 4th map that I have made for hl:a and it is probably one of the last (I'm planning on making one last small map that includes parts of every one of my maps). It's 40-70 minutes long, has 80 Resin to collect, and features a mix of puzzles combat, and a tiny bit of horror with a lot of custom models and puzzles. If you are stuck at any point, clues will appear and you can always dm me, write in the comments, or watch skummehs or my video on the map if you're still stuck. Both videos are linked up there in the image gallery and linked down below. I'm really excited to hear what you guys think of it and any feedback is appreciated.

Very fun and ambitious map despite the puzzles being kinda janky, the atmosphere towards the end going deeper and deeper downwards was great

A lot of fun even if unconventional. The only place that forced me to lookup a playthrough was getting stuck in the red key card reader. I guess there was a hint that popped up but I wasn't looking straight into the door and missed it. (for anyone stuck, there's a power puzzle there as hinted)

@JohnnyLee As far as I can remember I didn't change the playerproxy at that point in the mod. I only used it for the flashlight and the clothing sounds for the player cuz you have to manually add that for some reason. Im not too sure what could cause this. I will ask my friend to play the mod for me and see if it works (since my pc is still broken so I can't check myself). If I find out what caused this to happen I'll update you on it (and fix the map as soon as I get my pc repaired). Idk if this is a wide spread issue or something else so I'll try to find out.

Update:
Reloaded the mod and started over. The batteries finally connected, however 10 minutes later, the weapon selection menu would no longer work. Just won't open. I can hear it trying to open but it doesn't appear. Reloaded the mod again and it still didn't work. The right hand vanishes. Hitting the SteamVR menu button and the controller is working fine. Switching to the main game (without your mod enabled), and the weapon selection menu works as usual. Just doesn't work using your mod. No other mods installed.

@JonnyLee I never heard of that Bug. I don't got a pc rn so please excuse the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ response :steamfacepalm: I think you might want to watch my or skummehs playthrough Video which are in the gallery on this page. I think you have to try the batteries in the other position. Each one just works in one of the two spots so you might want to try to put them in the other spot or maybe to restart the map. Maybe some of the logic of that puzzle bugged out. Hope this helps :steamhappy:

This map is bugged from the start. The 2 batteries do work (or attach) when placed into position. And yes, they are placed in the correct orientation. Please let me know when this is fixed. Thanks.
