Spray Tracker Addon w/ Spray Manager

Tired of seeing disgusting/naughty sprays everywhere and not being able to see who made it?
Not anymore! With this, you will be able to find the guilty within seconds!

"But what if I just want to restrict him from spraying and not ban him from my server?"
In that case, you can just do that! You can blacklist a SteamID from spraying, either by using the In-Game Manager Menu or using console commands.

The command for toggling on and off the Spray Tracker:
- !togglesta
- (Using the Quick Menu. It's the small menu, which can be seen on picture 2)

To open the Quick Menu(The tiny menu on picture 2), you can write:
- !spraytracker
- /spraytracker
- !spraymanager

To copy a SteamID of a spray you are looking at, you can write:
- !copyowner
- /copyowner
- !copysta

To remove the spray of a person on the server, with the SprayBin set, you can write:
- !removespray
- /removespray

If you want to open the Admin Menu, Server Settings or Personal Settings, you just open the Quick Menu and press the respective button.

A full list of the console commands can be found using "sta_command help" in console or below the Q&A.

Q: What exactly does "Restrict spraying to only certain ranks?" mean?
A: When it's not checked, everyone is able to spray as they see fit. But when it's checked, spraying is restricted to custom ranks. Picture new players receiving the role guests, you could then restrict spraying to only the ranks other than guest.

Q: What is the option "Minimum distance between other sprays (0 means no minimum)"?
A: Since Spray Tracker remembers the location of the center of sprays, it can be difficult to see which spray is whos if they are all on top of each other. This setting restricts how close sprays can be together. A value of 0 means no restrict.

Q: What exactly does "Restrict permission to activate Spray Tracker?" mean?
A: When it's not checked, everyone is able to use the Spray Tracker. But when it's checked, it's restricted to either Admin/Superadmin-only or a list of custom ranks(Depending if "Use custom ranks for Spray Tracker activation?" is checked or not).

Q: What does "Can Admins change Settings?" mean then?
A: By default, only Superadmins( and rcon/server console) are allowed to change server settings, but when this option is checked, admins can also change server settings.

Q: Why are some of the options in Server Settings grayed out?
A: This means that the parent setting isn't checked or unchecked. Take "Can Admins change Settings?" for example, when "Use custom ranks for Settings changes?" is checked, custom ranks are being used and therefore, "Can Admins change Settings?" has no effect. The same goes for lists when their corresponding "Use custom ranks" option is off.

= Console Commands =

toggle - Used by players to toggle whether Spray Tracker is on or off.
menu - Used by players to open the Spray Tracker selector menu.
personal_settings - Used by players to open their Personal Settings menu.
admin - Used by players to open the Spray Tracker admin menu.
settings - Used by players to open the Spray Tracker settings menu.
addrank - Add a usergroup to a list.
deleterank - Remove a usergroup from a list.
change - Changes a value. For booleans, 1 is true, 0 is false.
- MinSprayDistance , RankNeeded , SettingsAllowAdmins , AllowOnlyRanks , ForceOn , AdminUseRanks , SettingsUseRanks , SprayTrackerNeedsRank
ban - Blacklist a player from spraying by name.
banid - Blacklist a SteamID from spraying.
unban - Remove a player from the blacklist by name.
unbanid - Remove a SteamID from the blacklist.
bans - Gives you a list of all the blacklisted players.
setspraybin - Sets the SprayBin on a map, needed to remove sprays.
lists - Returns a list of all lists that can be listed and edited.
list - When you give it a list, then it'll show all ranks on the list.
