TGMRS - Chevy Lumina Stock Car 1990

It's about time this had a proper release on the workshop.

What has been our flagship car for the Cup series in our last season, now properly available. Probably known better as the fictional Caper Monterey in Project Cars, or the Lumina II, given that the aim of this car is meant to replace the original Chevy Lumina Stock Car by Steel to give it a visual update, since there were some known issues with the original version.

The original version of this was created near the end of 2020, but was mostly just passed around within the group, and as a result, never made it to the workshop as publicly usable until now.

Like the rest, this is meant to be converted to simfphys, not used as a prop_jeep. Lua/spawnlist simfphys versions just don't act right.

Includes a bunch of default schemes from Project Cars for some variety. Car is found under "TGMRS - NEXT" in the vehicle tab.
