IOM MER Steeple Cab Locomotive and Wagon

In 1900, the Manx Electric Railway built themselves a small steeple cab loco for carrying freight on the narrow gauge lines. In the 20's after wartime recession or something, they rebuilt it but instead of two short noses they bolted two open wagon bodies to it and called it a day.

This mod has that, basically.

Inclusions
MER Steeple Cab (1900) in Narrow* and Standard Gauge
MER Steeple Cab Rebuilt (1920)
Hopper wagon (Grain, Coal, Iron, Stone)
Flatbed wagon (rest of them)

Tram versions:
MER Steeple Cab + 1 Hopper + Flatbed
MER Rebuilt (no wagons)

All cargo wagons have loading visuals
Rebuilt loco has 2 compartments (and carries all cargo)

*Narrow is 1000mm even though that wasn't the IOM gauge for compatibility with other NG mods
