Modelled off the Crawley Edge Boatshed in Perth, Western Australia

The Crawley Edge Boatshed, commonly referred to as the Blue Boat House, is a boathouse located on the Swan River at Crawley in Perth, Western Australia. A well known landmark, the boatshed was built in the 1930s, and since the 1940s has been owned mainly by the Nattrass family. Despite simply being a boatshed painted blue, it is one of the most photographed location in Perth.

The Boat House has been modelled with an interior which is big enough to fit a boat as its main use was intended for.
Also you'll need the 'Move it' mod to position it on the water at the correct height.

This asset is a 'Park' building that shares the same stats as the 'fishing island' in the vanilla game but with slightly less tourists. The model is detailed with 2 vanilla benches and a street lamp which if unwanted use a prop switching mod to remove.
